Bilal's time for the Chrome Depot is spent working with help desk tickets and performing repairs. Anytime a Chromebook needs repairing, a help desk ticket is drawn up and Bilal, with the help of our other techies, works to make sure the tickets and Chromebooks are attended to and returned.
During his time in the Chrome Depot, Jason delivers repaired Chromebooks back to students. He enjoys hearing the stories behind how the Chromebooks get broken.
Our resident MakerSpace Manager, Jason spends much of his time in the Chrome Depot exploring the tech in the Makerspace, including the Sphero and the Raspberry Pi. When time allows, he also troubleshoots and repairs broke Chromebooks.
Naman is our go-to for loaner checkout data, which he records daily. When he is caught up, Naman helps to deliver and repair Chromebooks.
